The only reason for people to rush the prawn suit's drill arm is because they want to get a huge amount of recources in so little time adding a hand held drill will make this arm useless regardless if that drill's size is the size of the old seaglide

Realistically, any handheld drill capable of mining stuff in a realistic amount of time would have to either be huge or really powerful. Maybe it could work in the endgame, but I don't know if it should really be a thing.

So sad... I think they figured out you can sometimes pick up drillable ore with the Propulsion Cannon so you can mine it easier somewhere else:

You could always pick up ores with the Propulsion cannon. You're telling me this isn't a wanted ability by the dev team? So they want us to hang on a wall and mine ores. If this is true. Than the prop arm is totally pointless.
