I know I keep crying in my pudding, but now I can't find the blueprints to the drill arm I find half then I can't find the other half if I log out for some reason when I come back I have to start over.

Fixed in Experimental, and for the love of a good beer PLEASE READ the pinned post about how to report a bug. This post comes across as nothing more than pointless griping and you've already had a dev warn you about that.

As I recall, you're playing Stable. Stable won't see any fixes until the next release or the next mini-release. That's how it's always worked.
