Server issue in Build 318.978 - x64: Server crash at upstart

Hello dear devs,

there's maybe an issue with the servercode / upstart. In about 60% of all cases, the server crashes directly (and before starting to call any mod) with the following error:

I've let the server upload some dump files, so they should be present in your debug, but i can also create a dedicated one.

Only workaround so far is to restart the server until it work.
Server: Windows 2012 R2, multiple CPU packages. It could be an issue with NUMA, but this is only a wild guess.

Is there anything that can be done on my side to resolve that issue?

I get the same issue, will crash 3 or 4 times before starting correctly.

Nope, Issue still present wit V.319....

Is there any (known) solution for this issue or does it mean "Wait for next patch and hope"? With this crashes a reliable outostart in case of a real crash while server is in use is not possible in a monitored environment...
