cyclops steering problem

in Subnautica Bug Reporting
i have found a problem whenever you turn the cyclops wheel left right up or down your hands will not go with the steering wheel animation causing your hands to go off the steering wheel

    @creepjax it will help the devs pinpoint the problem if you let them know which version number you are on; this is in the top-right corner of the screen. Also mention if it previously worked and is now broken, and any troubleshooting you may have attempted.
