Game Discoonects And Drops To Console...what Gives

I can be sitting there playing along and all the sudden it just drops the connection to the game and I get the console screen. It's random when it happens and I'm stumped. THoughts? Help?

have you seen any message like "WARNING: Connection problem" or "Kicked by console" ?

No, I've looked for that. I seem to drop more when I use my microphone. But I'm not being kicked and I don't see connection issue messages.
