Are the achievements unlocking properly? There are some on Steam that I'm sure I've earned in the save I made specifically to get them, but that 0.0% of Subnautica players have attained-- e.g., building a Seamoth, a Prawn, and a Cyclops. (I don't want to post this in the bug forum in case this is actually a feature.)

I can't say anything because I'm holding off until 1.0 but I think my little brother played it for 5 mins and said the moment he jumped into the water he got an achievement so I assume that they're unlocking properly
And i do see the percentage of people that unlocked it (maybe you are playing on an old save?)
But if you feel like its a bug post it there. Its better to know that its not a bug than assuming its not
Yeah, that's the "Getting Your Feet Wet" achievement. Some of them do unlock properly-- I've unlocked 8 of them. But as I said before, I made a save specifically to earn achievements and I'm concerned that they aren't all unlocking properly-- to date, "Personal Propulsion," "40-foot Sub for One," "Ordered the Prawn," and "Man's Best Friend" have not unlocked for me. As far as I can tell, I've met the criteria for unlocking those, but they all have a 0% global achievement rate.
That is most likely a bug
That would explain a lot.
My game is not in experimental mode and i can see that i have 17 hidden achievements on steam
You can still see them, but you can't really earn them.
That's like being told that there's a lovely young woman in a "Slave Leia" outfit waiting for you in your bedroom...
And you can completely have your way with her...
... As Long As You DON'T LOOK AT or TOUCH Her!
I actually earned two of them (after playing for 35 mins) so I think that they were a part of the eye candy update
