but client pings maintain the same level
My server runs smoothly most of the time, but from time to time sudden attack of flush_packet errors or connection problems arises.

I believe the answer lies in the router or someplace outside the router. I base that on the fact that the server is not giving anyone on a LAN these problems.
They can accur 3 times in 10 minutes, or 1 time within an hour. So there is no regular time between them.
I'm not saying it can't be the computer, but the same problems occur with Counter-Strike. So that eliminates the NS use more hardware theory. I think
I've also opned the ports mentionen in another post here, some 4-5 on the 270XX and the 7002 ports.

Is there someone who has excperienced this before, or otherwise know why this happens?

thanks you in advance...

ps: if you wan't to check out the problems the IP is 217.8.143.242:27016

The only reason why a flush_packet ever occurs is when a sudden loss in the data transfer ensues, so the client gets bits and pieces of the data. This causes HL to reset this connection by "flushing" them out and restarting the connection. I suggest you check your servers ISP and connection route first before making assumptions, check for bottlenecks.
