Current biome / wreck map?

I use a printed (and now slightly outdated) wreck and biome map for navigating and finding the wrecks. Has anyone done an updated one for the current and probably final setup?
Without any in game map, for someone like me who is directionally challenged, I rely on the printed map. Probably a whole lot of others do as well. The old one still works pretty well, but it would be nice having an updated one and give credit and exposure to anyone who has those skills. Sadly I do not - my drawing attempts would make a cat laugh!

Unfortunately, the best map (middle of 2nd row), with a grid to use with F1 location, was last updated in August 2016. The Crags zone in the SE has been added since, as well as other changes I imagine. However, it is still very helpful.
