Loaded save and now there is a rock in my base, blocking me from exiting

I started a game, and I started a base with an two X compartments connected by an I compartment. I saved and exited the game. Now when I reload my save there is a rock clipping inside my I compartment and I can't get out of my base... It would help if I could delete items but my inventory is full and I can't deconstruct stuff to get out. This is really stupid. It wouldn't bother me so much but I've already restarted my game.

Its possible a recent game update moved terrain into your base. I recommend you use a console command to move out of the base:
warpforward 10

P.S. You can also still use the terraformer to temporarily remove terrain, so you can move your stuff.
