Updating my driver

Hi, to run Subnautica faster. I need to update ma GPU driver. And I update it and its up to date (17.12.2017.). But then When I reboot, I don't have ANY drivers installed. So I have to go to amd.com to download my driver, then when i see the release date. Its like 3 years Outdated. Pls help. If I update it I will need to install the driver again. My GPU is AMD Radeon HD 7660D.

Thats what I did. I updated it. Then i rebooted the PC. I hat no drivers installed. Then I downloaded that tool and installed my driver. But the installed driver was out of date.

You realize how ridiculous that statement is, right? Even if you're not an AMD fan, you would still believe for graphics cards that the arrangement goes nVidia > AMD > Intel. And if not, you would be like AMD > nVidia > Intel. NO ONE thinks that Intel is good at graphics, because Intel isn't trying in the graphics area. This may be about to change, however, as they did hire the lead guy from... AMD Radeon (feel that sizzle!) So now you're stuck either saying Intel sucks because they hired a guy from AMD to get into graphics, or AMD rocks because Intel hired one of their top guys to help them get into graphics...
