Missing Databank Entries

I have almost obtained every single Databank Entries in the game and using the ency all command and removing entries that are obviously no longer in the game like Corrupted, Removed, Basalt Outcrops, and Mercury Ore. I came up with a list of lore that might be in the game and I missed or bugged. Has anyone obtained any of these Databank Entries?
-Bacterial Vaccine (Might require scanning the Sea Emperor, but can't scan her)
-In-tact Emperor Egg (Might be in the Egg Room, but not scannable)
-Specimen With Infection Systems Inhibited (Might require luck assuming it requires an infected creature eating a certain type of creature)
-Display Case (Uses same picture as Alien Building Blocks Databank Entry)
-Alien Facility Structural Damage (Tried scanning a bunch of locations around the Disease Research Facility, but no luck)
-Unificationism (Might have missed it in the Aurora or a wreck)
-Bloodgrass (Not scannable)

Stalker theet don't have picture (maybe wanted also some "bone" entries too)
Magmaran don't have picture
Red Eyeye don't have picture
Writhing Weed don't have picture

Did you speak about things like "Peeper enzyme carrier" ? because i've get this one.
Didn't want to spoil it for those that haven't experienced the use of Peepers. Looks like giving a Enzyme Host Peeper (any Peeper with a glowing trail) to an infected carnivore and scanning the infected creature does give the Specimen with Infection Symptoms Inhibited databank entry. Easiest place to get these Peepers is the Aquarium, but it gives the Peepers Inside the Containment Facility Databank Entry instead of the Enzyme Host Peeper Databank Entry. The Enzyme Host Peeper Databank Entry requires finding one of these Peepers in the wild.
Most Corals and Sulfur Plant also doesn't have a picture.
Had a crate spawn on top of a PADD which made finding the Captain's Log Databank Entry difficult. So that could explain the Unificationism Databank Entry if it exists.
