Can my PC run Subnautica?

Hey guys, I'm a little new here, but I've been wondering if my PC can run subnautica.
Also, is there any way to increase my fps? I've only gotten around 30-40 fps by playing it.
My specs:

Thanks for any feedback in advance.

You are above minimum specifications, but here's the thing. For gaming you'd probably be better off using, the integrated graphic chip. The Intel® HD Graphics 4000 is a bit faster in general than the ATI 7670, which tends to be an general purpose graphics chip.

    Firestrike scores:
    • HD7670M: ~770
    • Intel® HD Graphics 4000: ~950

@Kouji_San Problem is, the Intel's going to be using the system memory, which is much, much slower than the 4GB of GDDR VRAM that the HD7670M has, right? Or can it use the VRAM?

I'd try using both and stick with the one that runs Subnautica the best in your experience. My brother has a HD 4000 IIRC, and he has to disable water volume and surface (?) to even see the water and surface. Could just be his machine though.

You are right that an integrated chip on the CPU has to use the memory bus and system memory. But the chip itself is still that tad bit faster than the graphics card, both are a trade-off. I'm just going of the Firestrike scores :D
