[minor bug] Oxygen is not replenished until moonpool ladder is fully climbed [Build 59783]

Slight inconsistency with entering a moonpool regarding the player's oxygen supply. When entering every other type of oxygen-rich environment such as surfacing, entering vehicles, entering hatches, etc., the player's air supply starts to replenish immediately while the animation plays out. In the case of the moonpool, the ladder climbing animation must fully finish before the player's oxygen supply starts to replenish. This could be mostly a visual issue since I haven't died because of this yet, but I have had a couple close calls where it seems like the player could be killed even though they made it to the air pocket on time.
