Dehydration Time

I was wondering what the rate of dehydration and starvation is in Subnautica. Why? I wanted to calculate the maximum time which the player could have spent unconscious in his escape pod.

Would have to look at coma patients for that information since being knocked unconscious slows down the metabolic rate. Your character would last much longer knocked unconscious than your character would if the metal plate never hit him.
