Vehicle Upgrade Module Blueprints disappearing after being found (Xbox)

Had a weird one last night on Xbox. Hope this is the right place to post as it's my second post. Anyway found the data box for the Vehicle Upgrade Station and received all the Blueprints for the Seamoth and Prawnsuit.
Then a little later, I noticed that most of the upgrade Blueprints had gone again and of the rest three out of six had greyed out and were being reported as unknown.
I went back to the previous save and went to try and find out what had triggered this. It seemed that it was triggered when I put Titanium in or out of storage. I kept going back to a Save and then it seemed that this happened everytime I tried to do anything with Titanium e.g. use it in the Fabricator.
Please help as it'd difficult to carry on, knowing that the blueprints are disappearing and am totally loving the game.
