Loaded game after U-84, and my fish have disappeared

Title says it all. I loaded my game up for the first time in a while, and the only other time I opened it up was before Update 84, and after the full release. Anyways, I updated the game, and i just recently opened it up only to discover the fish inside my Alien Containment Unit have disappeared, and so has my Cuddlefish which usually sits outside my base. Is this fixable? It's not that big of an issue, I just wanted to bring it to attention.

Betting the update cleared the CellCache folder.

I didn't lose the fish in my Alien Containment Unit but you can open up the Debug Console F3 and create some various eggs to place inside your tank to hatch. I don't really see it as cheating since you are only replacing what the update took away from you.
