Remove default prawn arm fragments

Default PRAWN arm fragments that only give 1/20 of the blueprint, they are completely useless, and only make it extrememly confusing for new players. It's also a pain trying to explain how that works.

I agree. What use do they have? All they do is just kinda sit there, and nobody ever collects all 20 I bet. Everyone is in the Aurora by then.
