[bug] Quarantine Enforcement Platform has disappeared

Hi Guys.
I have the following problem.
I wanted to disable the weapon because of my rocket.
Unfortunately, the Quarantine Enforcement Platform has disappeared.
Look at the pictures and coordinates.

It should be so


For me it looks like this


What can I do?
The files I have already checked by Steam. No errors.

How old is the save? Maybe a recent update broke the save.

Dissapearing objects/terrain can usually be fixed by clearing your cache. Click here for instructions.

If that doesn't work, test whether the problem happens in a new save. If so, you may need to reinstall. Restart pc, then uninstall, then delete any remaining files other than saves, before installing.
