How to send a bug-report?

I found that link to report bugs:

Unfortunately it says "An error occurred. Possibly you don't have permissions for posting to this project."
I've created a new account and verified the e-mail-address.
I also wonder, what to put into the field "Changeset".
Now I'm also sick of reporting any bugs, it's not easy enough.
Here's the bug I stumbled in, feel free to report it:

Yeah that's been reported a lot on discord, and has been known by the devs for quite a while. Best as I can tell is they are in the process of rewriting that whole UI from scratch and therefore aren't bothering to fix the current version.
