Can't use saves from game preview?

in Subnautica on Consoles
Am I missing something? I try and load my game preview save (it appears in game) and it just says "Loading..." forever. No percentage or anything.

    There shouldn't be an issue with using a game preview save. Do you remember how old that save is? We haven't done anything major to update(modify) the world since preview updates last year.

    March 18, 2018. When I attempt to load it, it just says "Loading level..." in the corner and never anything else. No matter how long I leave it, it never loads.
