Subnautica won't stop crashing

[Crash] Happens randomly from time to time with no warning. [61951]
It has crashed like 20 times and each error log says the same reason. It makes the game almost unplayable. Always happens after different lengths of time playing. I updated my drivers on graphics card trying to fix it but nothing worked. Putting the game on lower resolution did not help anything either. Please help.

You might want to try verifying your game files, then if that doesn't work, clearing your cache. See if that does it.
