This is mostly for Below Zero because land plays a bigger part in exploration and base building. Building on land in Subnautica and Below Zero is very unfriendly because when your underwater height doesn't matter because you can swim to it, you can't do that in air. I'll cut to the chase, please add some ramps or stairs blueprints so we don't have to go out of our way to get into our land bases.
