Beacon suggestions: Base-attached Beacon, Beacon Stick, sortable Beacon list on PDA

Have some Beacon ideas.
First, a Base-attached Beacon that could be added to a base exterior like a Base-attached Air Pump. Allows a nameable Beacon to be fixed to a base.
Second, a Beacon Stick, similar to the existing Light Stick. Would allow a nameable Beacon to be placed upon the ground in a fixed place, both undersea and on land.
Third, I've noticed it's hard to get the Beacons on the PDA list in the order I desire. Added the ability to change the order in which Beacons are displayed on the list would be very helpful.
