Phase Gate: no idea,
Weather Station (Weather Panel): from what I've seen on the wiki, it will be in the control room.

True but I kinda liked it in the base as well, update that weather panel is now gone as well.

Weather Station (Weather Panel): from what I've seen on the wiki, it will be in the control room.
