How comes the linux server?

Anyway, the mod isn't out yet, so there are no Linux server filez for NS, but I certainly imagine that there will be files eventually.
Especially seeing as how everyone will need servers to play on, and Linux servers are very nice <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

The greatest thing ever to happen with ns was people realising a clan is something BIG, and acting like it. People won't be looking for clans, they are asked, and they may say yes or no. Clans, at leats training twice a week, and one match. Tactics, clans have their tactics up, so they know what to do and when to do it, instinctively. So carefull thought out clans, that without a commander they still have a fair chance to win.
But... this is never going to happen. Unless we create our own clan with the best 15 players in the forum, and train a lot. With this training we might even be one of the best NS clans there is. (supposedly im with the 15 best of the forums)
I haven't done any work on the Linux server recently, but it will definitely be released near the first release of NS, hopefully before. We will be paying a lot more attention to server ops in the near future, once all the critical gameplay concepts are in and working.
you must realise that you are saying exactly the same thing as i am just in different words... For one thing no one invited you... for the second thing, when you start a clan before a game comes out is very normal. Tribes2 had clans before the game was even drafted, and most of them are still alive. The fact is that i am trying to organize a community that will turn into a clan by the time the game does come out! By that time we will know eachother more then just clanmates.
I am also sorry that i had to use this forum, but it was just a mistake/misunderstanding.
