1) You can look under the avalanche if you swim right to the edge of the first water pool.
2) The poster of the Vesper on (start game) laboratory wall looks like the old model station.
3) I could rescan the same Bladderfish over and over even once I had the PDA entry. The "scanned already" did not seem to set.
4) power transmitter energy lines are visible going through a habitat tube when inside. Perhaps switch them off when inside a base?
5) PDA entry for the Seatruck still looks like the Seamoth (The popup that occurs when you scan the last fragment)
6) Large filtered water from the radio tower base makes a crunching sound when consumed instead of a drinking sound.
7) Kelp root pustule still has a placeholder icon (?)
