Below Zero 37024: cannot change resolution while game is letterboxed

When Below Zero is in full-screen and letterboxed, the resolution is not adjustable.
Example:
On my first run the game defaulted to resolution 1920x1080. My monitor is an ultrawide so it was letterboxed (black bar on each side).
BUG: Resolution cannot be changed - the arrows didn't respond to the mouse.
Turn off Fullscreen. Now I can adjust the resolution.
* If I pick a resolution whose aspect ratio matches my monitor, like 2048x858, the resolution is editable after i return to fullscreen.
* If I pick a resolution like 1920x1080, or 1600x1200, the resolution is not editable after I return to fullscreen.
