Can't build a Moonpool

I cant build a moonpool. I got the blueprint and the materials and it doesnt matter where i try or if it is connected to a base or not. I can "place" the blueprint down (so that the blue outline of the building is visible) but it just wont "fill in" the materials and build it properly...

Apparently this was a problem some time ago but i cant find any old threads about it
someone pls help ^^

I don't know if its reproducalbe since i was never able to build a moonpool so i can't guess since when the problem is there

Silly me thought when i'm able to obtain a blueprint, the moonpool is buildable i guess u build everything what used to be craftet in the moonpool at the normal fabricator now

Slightly confused, are you still having trouble building a moonpool? Is this Below Zero or the original Subnautica?
