You have to create a brush and texture it completely with the "origin" texture. This brush's center point should lie on the axis for your rotating object. Then just combine this origin brush with your func_door_rotating, func_rotating, or whatever.
You place axis where ever it shuold be if it was real. The axis shuold be the texture Origin it's a small green type texture, it act's as a axis for door's ect.
