I thought i saw a name of an alien in the game help or something somewher that isnt actualy in the game, begins with 'A' i think!
But anyway, if you know about any, (and even better if you have pictures) please list them here!

Flay's homepage, it has all the original NS docs on it. (go under 'game design' and look for the old NS docs)

Neato! Thx, always wanted to learn more about the mod. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Resource injections (both)- Both the marines and aliens get intermittent resource points. The queen player gets all the alien resource points, which he can use to produce drones or purchase upgrades. Every marine gets their own amount of resources, with the commander getting more. The marines then handle individual upgrades themselves and buy their own equipment. The marines can also give resources to other marines if they are both within range of a commander.
AAAAAH THE IRONY!!!

Gee... I think that changed a little. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Aliens have 1 base and start as skulks, 1 skulk gets to jump in the hive and "be queen" and gets the commander overhead view. she must build OC to fortify thier base...build "hatcheries" to spawn aliens and build structures to gain upgrades adn research the upper species etc...wow, I wonder why the switched it up?! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Flay coded for Empire Earth? COOL!
aw, why aren't these in :(
Aliens that use a hive-sight sort of communication would be more likely to share than humans. Marines are trained to do specific jobs, not told on the spot by a commander to drop all there training as an engineer, pick up that huge gun and heavy armor and get on the front lines. The humans should have been the ones with control over what they do/get, and aliens with a dictitorial supply of goodies and unlimited individual flexability.

they may implement them later on <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
id like to see them, along with all the other stuff hidden in their folders that they have not yet used <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Hand gestures by themselves would be pretty useless, but if some other visual cue were added, like a picture of the gesture along with what it means, they would be great. It would make silent communication a valuable tactic when in enemy territory and would enhance the tension of the game.

Nice idea! and probably the most intelligent/useful implementation of silent communication I've yet heard in a gaming context. GG!

Well thanks, but I cant take credit for the idea since it was in the original game design documentation.
