Install Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">Stops responding after "inst. complete"</div> Some other dude posted the same question on this board but nobody answered him. My problem is the install program hangs after it says "installation complete." My specs are: AMD 2000XP+, 512 SDRAM, PNY GeForce4 Ti4400. There's 20 gigs free space on my drive...HL is up to date...(I played TFC last night). Any ideas? Thanks!

ok, well, apparently i was just being stupid. (i have winXP btw)
the install worked, and i can play the game. i just assumed that since it didn't close properly it wouldn't work.

i just opened the regular half-life, went to custom games, loaded ns, and proceded to waste all of an afternoon and evening fragging aliens.
