Looks good.  I like the lighting just how it is, it shows just enough of the architecture and allows darkness to just creep in and around the important areas/features (from the pov of a marine) but not obstruct anything.

Woo. I like it too, 'cept the ceiling looks a little plain. Perhaps adding a small or large crack somewhere would change that?
Looking good. Hope to see more soon. But uh, you gotta tell me what's behind the window. :]

That's the second time I've seen that map texture... <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->  No seriously, I like it!!  Really atmospheric, and the blue is a great contrast to all the brown/green/red we've seen.

I always thought each of the 4 alien movies had a distinct color to it... I forget what Alien is, but 2-4 are blue, orange, and green, respectively.  It'd be sweet to see an equal variety of color in the NS maps.

I want to get the lighting a little more muted here. I'm trying to work out some different texture schemes with about 75% common textures. Let me know what you think. In particular, I'd like to know how you think this stands with some of the other rooms I've posted in the past.

Ok... *sniff* I think I'm done crying. <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo--> I freed up around a meg for infestation textures. I caught a lot of n00b stunts that were eating up memory, such as using both the 128x128 *and* the 256x256 sizes of the same texture.   <!--emo&???--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'><!--endemo-->    What can I say?

In any case, the map is only slightly more redundant, but within the suggested parameters. Thanks for the help and encouragement, guys!

Must have missed this one! Looks really great! As far as matching up with the rest... It doesn't seem to differ any more then some of the varying styles withing ns_bast. I don't think it will be a problem at all... if that's even what you're wondering. Heh.

Sorry for the lack of anything at all helpful in this response... but I really can't find anything to fault. And that's always a good thing. <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

Wow.  I really like the cold feeling that you've got in this map.  IT loos architecturaly great.  And I really like howw you have the many different levels in that resource room.  Things like that really can tend to add a lot to gameplay.
