I'm gonna do the 4 skin colors and tweak it more, I will probably release it tomorrow afternoon. Start to finish this has taken maybe 3 days, its not like I'm just sitting on it.

The thing's got a gut. Just assign the jiggling bones to the gut and watch the gut jiggle. What animation issues? You assign it to the skeleton and it animates itself.
Remember the scene where we first see the Queen in AL|ENS? Her face comes out of her shrowd because they're seperate pieces. How about just assigning the face and jaw to the head bones and the whole cowl to the bone in the base of the neck?

I decided to just assign the entire head to the head animations, and while one animation clips badly and another one sticks out of the bounding box a little, it overall looks a lot better.
I managed to get it fairly non-jiggly by creating invisible proxy bits to assign the jiggly parts so thats not really a problem. I'm going to some parties later today so I may not be able to get the models released until tomorrow morning. I'll try and fnish before I go out but I got stuff to do. Anyway Later.

I decided to just assign the entire head to the head animations, and while one animation clips badly and another one sticks out of the bounding box a little, it overall looks a lot better.
