Why I Loose Most The Time At Comm

1 am t3h c0mm j00 l153n
What i have been getting **obscenity** off alot about in NS is that i have started to notice why i loose my few games that i loose. this usaly is because marines dont listen to my orders. eg, if i say dont attack a res nozzles/Offence chambers/hive unless they r in the way it will warn the aliens u r there, or dont attack hive and dont fin turrets just have them almost build or they will alert aliens. or the biggist one no of them goto my waypoints which is the biggist problem i have on publics i dont give out orders for no reasons i usaly at beginging just say secure base go get some res and a hive then i'll give u wp when i need you theres a shotty go have some fun. then i work everyone in small groupes of teams eg, multi-tasking. and yes i do give waypoints but my tactics r mainly infiltration and being a sneaky baster.

i have lost a unsettle number of games now because marines havent listend to my orders like i said above i give wp's for a reason and as commander i expect you to listen to my commands if you do i reward you eg, give u a weapon of ur choice early ingame as long as i have it availbe.

so marines can you please!!! listen to your comms waypoints and if u dont respect the comm to follow the waypoint or you dont think its a valid waypoint please still follow it you never know u dont have the big picture do you.

The trick to becoming a good commander is knowing *how* to get the guys that won't follow orders start listening to you. I just ignore anyone that doesn't stick with the group, and I don't help them out at all. Eventually, they get the message and start working with the team.

Or eventually they get **obscenity** with you and eject you, or eventually the alien overwhelm you because you have only half the team fighting against them.

Sometimes marines wont follow orders because they think that the comm is making mistakes, which is true some times.

I mean knowing the comm is making big mistakes, like turtling. Some people just rambo then, i just leave when the commander is that bad.

I think there is only one trick to being a good commander. Keeping extrememly cool at all times. Once you start getting pissy, then you're team loses. It happends all of the time. People are getting upset, commanders are screaming out commands.... eventually you lose.

The thing that makes me the most mad about commanding in a pub, is trying out a new strat for a particular map, and the marines think you're a crap commander, and eject you, even though your strat is apparently working.

There was this one comm that just wouldn't listen to suggetions/recon.

Marine: Seige south loop and we can take maintenance NOW!
    Comm: ZZZzzzZzz
    Marine: Comm?!
    Marine: COMM!?
    Alien *BITE* Marines

A good number of marines were near south loop to prepare to seige the maintenance hive (2 HA/HMG, 2 HMG, 1 LMG). We also had 120 R stacked up we could have easily done it. He was doing fine until he fell asleep at the keyboard.
