Graphical Error

<div class="IPBDescription">Happens when I create a LAN game</div> I only have this problem when I create a LAN game or 'Create' an Internet game.
The problems a bit hard to describe so heres a picture:

This never happens when I regularly play, only when I try to create a game. And that extra 'Multiplayer' screen just sits there the entire time. I can do eveything I can normally do in game, except see a 1/3 of my screen because of it...
Any suggestions?

AMD Anthlon 1GHz
Asus A7V133
512MB PC 133
Geforce 4 ti 4400 - 41.09 Detonator driver
SB Live
BTW, I upped the brightness of the picture in PS 8^) In-game its darker.
