i normally listen to everything the CO says unless its a n00b who tells me to suicide the hive solo.. im normally patient wif my teammates and tell them to follow me and not bother the CO... i sometimes solo into empty hives... make a phasegate.... (i normally go with afriend) on these types of missions but of course if no one listens i hafta solo it...
i help the CO when he asks for help and since i play CO a lot. i normally give advice along the way and encourage him along when everyone yells at him....
unless he makes big mistakes or reacts very slow.. i get annoyed.. *sigh*

i talk to my troops alot.. via mic and chat... i go
2 IF> OBS> ARMORY> PHASE.... i leave 2-3 troops at base.... to defend of course.. and i send troops in big packs to take hives and make a phase FIRST above all else.. in case they all get killed.. .then i send them back and make a TF and the RT as the game goes... i make take other nodes that aren't situated in hives... and i make a TF at base to allow other troops to move out.. allowing more versatility amongst the team... also.. i make 1-2 seige at each hive and at base to prevent stupid tricks like offensive chamber spamming... as a precaution (IF MONEY ALLOWS) normally seiege is most important at the hives...
when i have both hives.. then i make the arms lab and protype lab... and upgrade armory.. somtiems making an extra one while upgrading.... then i recylcle it l8r on.... if i cannot get the second hive and need help.. then i make the arms and protoype labn earlier to allow for stronger troops...
im open to suggestion.. and im not stubborn.. unless the say something stupid... like droppping HA and HMGs when money is extremely tight.... when the game is going well... and i at least get level 2 armor and weapons and im free with dropping GLs and HMGs.. i normally try to be leniant with the weapons so they hafta rely more on each other to survive.... cuz as i heard... HA and HMG seems to afflict marines with "rambonitis" hahhaha
