When I try to connect to servers with file consistency enabled, I get an error that The server is enforcing consistency of file player/pl_grate4.wav. I've done a clean reinstall of NS, and this hasn't fixed it. I've done a find on my HL directory and found that this file is present in other mod directorys (AHL, CS, FA), but there is no pl_grate4.wav in the NS directory (even after reinstalling).
