Hello...I'm back, more like back from playing NS . Oh like anyone cares. I'm a nothing labeled by a number because I joined the day of Natural Selection's release. I agree Medhead. Its like you veterans are like selfish or something. Oh well I'll move on with my life, only now I'll feel differently every-time I visit these forums (no pun intended) <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
The thing that made me hurt by your remark is that it was enough that people are counted less by a member number and I stated that mine was not too bad, a little over 3000th member. Yet you have to find somethign to **** me off and degrade me by stating this "you couldn't understand NS Forums if you joined in november,october BS like anybody cares about when people joined but you"

go back and read ken20banks' post, you will understand what most people are trying to say
it is not that we don't like all of you (only some and you know the type that I speak of), it is just that we miss our old friends that we used to know and no longer realy see.
none of this was ment to be insulting (I assume), and if it came out that way it was probably just due to a poor choice of words/missunderstanding.

not trying to imply that <!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->since I have a few more numbers after my name, my opinion means less<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
all he was simply saying is that you just can't understand b/c you did not experiance it (can you under stand what candy tastes like if you have never had any? not realy, it does not make you an inferior person, just different).
SO again, please understand that none of these remarks are aimed at people, or there to insult. They are simply b/c people miss the way the old forums were (I do to, thats why I never even go near general discusion or S&I any more, I wish I could)

I, like many others, had been a forum lurker for months before I joined (started reading: April '02, Joined: October '02). So you see, I knew the 'old forums', I just didn't post in them. Is it possible that I have the same affection for them as you? Yes.
<u>Edit</u> I would also like to add this. I don't believe that people should be judged based on their member number. As with the pre-release forums, people should gain respect and 'community status' by posting well-thought, quality messages in a mature fashion. The pre-release forums were not about post counts. Therefore, the post-release forum should not be about one's member number.
The lowdown: We have idiots on these boards, we had idiots on these boards, we'll always have idiots on these boards. If you're here to make intelligent / insightful / funny posts, you're welcome, no matter when you joined. To me (June 2001), you're all newbies anyway <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
