Weird Attack Pause?

For some reason I've noticed that my server has a weird attack pause for the skulks. It's like they bite slow... pause... and then bite really fast on the client side. I'm guessing the speed is the same on the server side (just guessing) but perhaps I'm wrong. Any ideas? Join my server if you need to know what I'm talking about. 131.151.189.62

This happened to me when I was running HLGuard. I removed it, and the problem went away.

Isnt there a way to disable whatever is causing it in HLG?

I heard it had something to do with aimbot detection, but I don't know for sure.

My bet is that its HLG. Its happened to me numerous times.

same thing.. plus the latest HLG cuz huge ping spikes

Well, I did just install HLGuard so I'm guessing that's probably right. Psssh who needs it anyway. Thx for the advice.
