Problem With Menu

<div class="IPBDescription">Strange way for the menu</div> With my right mouse-button I should get a menu, when I want to use it I get a menu, but it look likes it shaked and it's not like an flowchart. The items are displayed over eachother... someone know how to fix this?

Software <video-mode>
I run EAX without probs here
