<div class="IPBDescription">..force func_seethrough to cast shadows?</div> You have a locked path (with no window on top) inside a sky box with environmental light or other lightning from above.
And you need to make it func_seethrough for command view.

Now its ignored by vis <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo--> and casts no shadows , but that looks damn wrong ingame.

    Turn off smartedit (in the entity propierties) and add a flag:

    key: zhlt_lightflags
    value: 2
