Fog and sprites!

- Fixed bogus \Save directory being created when you ran Half-Life.
- Fixed filter logic in the launcher.
- Fixed bug where clients couldn't connect to server side only MODs.
- Fixed bug where you could "kill" the HLTV entity in Half-Life DM.
- Fixed AddIP command.
- Fixed crash when a func_breakable triggers a trigger_counter.
- Fixed Egon gun beam problem in Half-Life DM.
- Fixed Tau cannon prediction problem.
<b>- Fixed fog messing Additive sprites.</b>
- Fixed Alien Grunts not making any attack sounds.
- Fixed Egon's beam looking yellow in sofware mode.
- Removed "friends" connectionless packet query.
- Fixed "bad address type" fatal server error (caused by clients with long names).
- Fixed "condump" so the output won't overwrite previous files.
- Fixed "cvarlist" so the output won't overwrite previous files.
- Fixed rcon_port and rcon_address so they can be set manually by the player to rcon a server.
- Fixed server shutdowns related to using bots.

Looks like our env_fog will be useful after all!

    Ahh thanks for bringing this up.  Its brought back a question thats been on my mind since the NSTR2 came out:

    Is it only the peopel standing in the env_fog that see fog, or would anybody?

    If its only people in it, is there a way to make it so you could se it by looking towards it?

    Yep, it only draws for people in it.  Sorry FS, but there's no time to extend this entity for any more functionality.  There's too much stuff we HAVE to do. :)

    Freestyler, an alternative would be to stick multiple env_fogs in layers, and have the fog effect ramp up, OR put a sprite at the edge of the fog, so people can look down the corridor and see it there... (or a func_illusionary with only one side 'fogged'.. that way it wouldn't mess with the people on the INSIDE of the env_fog).

    hmmm, never had that problewm, but never really used env_fog extensively as it is kinda bleh.

    you must not use the fog as a gameplay thing, since the people using d3d and software (if this will be possible) cannot see any fog...

    yeah, i should have specified that its the patch i cant get.  been downloading 8 hours a day since thursday and im only about 60% done.
