btw,  Ghost  doesn't like to compile their weapons for other mods,  for many reasons.  They are the best out there because their staff is relativly proffessional with contract artists.  When you have the best,  why would you give it away?<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
this is absolutely true wannabe and lonewolf are professionals.
anyways you're being selfish, you cant even give us the model without skinning or animating?
seems that noone can do this model, so please give me a response (afirmative one if its posible)
as i said before great model.
any relase date fot ghost op.?<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
It's not i'm being selfish, its the mods weapon to keep, the mod is not released yet, so there for no one gets it. It's not so hard to understand.

    how true. . . . . .
at least some1 can model a similar weapon?
i repeat: relase date of GHOST op.?
    /me cries

The weapons are still being made, we have a couple more weapons needed to be skinned, the maps are in work but it's going slow. A beta will be out SUPPOSEDLY in the summer, my timing is accurate because i'm ON the Ghost ops staff so take it from me. It's worth the wait.

Ive made a version of that Compact eXploder thats held with one hand. I think It would be good for the pistol. Whadaya think?

I also have a model if the 9weapon that was made for CS a LONG caboose TIME AGO! I would convert it, but the skin is pretty bad. If anyone would like to reskin it, Ill, send it up.

It will probably need the reload animations re-timed, unless there is some magic reload time standard <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

The CZN-M22 is Section 9's standard issue weapon. It appears to be a direct descendent of the FN P90 and like its predecessor it is chambered to the 5.7mm round. It features a selector switch that allows you to choose between single shot, three round bursts and full-auto. The "9Weapon" also comes with a field kit which includes interchangeable barrels for firing HV loads without adverse effects, and a single shot 25mm grenade launcher (see Militech 25mm grenade launcher for stats).

You have the wrong version of the P90 FM. The one in the picture features the new 'glide bar' meant for 30mm scoped additions or infrared laser sights. The FM-9 you mentioned, just like in your photos features a "flat front", as in the older style P90 FM's (as you also mentioned). The one in this anime photograph (unless intentionally distorted) is a russian modification of the originally P90 FM chambered to use 9mm rounds, and I beleive was named P90-2SR, circa about 20-30 years ago.

The FN P90 can't be 20-30 years old can it? I'm pretty sure that the change from the materials in the '70s and '80s to the polymers they use now would result in two seperate models being constructed, if not a new weapon. The FN site is pretty spartan though, both of them. Then again, I'm from California, where almost everyone old enough to vote seems to be afraid of guns, except for "thugs" and the ever elusive actual criminals.

    hes talkin about your poster...

but kusanagi meant the weapon from the movie...the one on the black and white drawing..
why u are calling it"wrong" p90? this weapon is not even based on a fabrique nationale herstal p90.. only the ergonomy is similar...
It fires the 5.7mm x28mm SS190 cartridge, the same round used in the FN Herstal P90. but its something thats looks like a fa-mas with fn p90 ergonomy.. i dont know any weapon like the zastaba m22... only the russian prototype on the picture ive addet
the FN F2000 is the similarst weapon today...but u cant replace the whole receiver and barrell for use with HV ammo and 25mm grenades.. like the m22 <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

some more data from the m22 (databook)

The CZN-M22 is the premier weapon of S9. It is manufactured by ZCZw (Zavodi Crvena Zastava), located in Kragujevac, in the country of Serbia. The CZN-M22 also can be modified, in the field, with a B-kit. With the modifications in this 'B-kit', the '9 Weapon' can accept hypervelocity 'hot' loads without malfunction (although the weapon will overheat under the stresses of sustained fire; see the end of the movie for an example) and can be fitted with a single shot grenade launcher (not seen in the movie, as the Major opts to throw the grenades instead).

    CARTRIDGE: 5.7x28mm SS190
OPERATION: Blowback, fires from a closed bolt
    TYPE OF FIRE: Selective
    RATE OF FIRE: 800rpm Cyclic
SAFETY: Selector/Safety Switch; Internal Drop Safety
    SIGHTS: Adjustable, open iron
FEED: 35 round removable box magazine
    OVERALL LENGTH: @65cm*
    WEIGHT (EMPTY): 2.6kgs*
    WEIGHT (LOADED): 3kgs w/ 35 rounds*

maybe the artist of the poster used a real existing weapon for this pic...but that isnt a m22 from the movie...
    point..

ahh..masamune shirow's weapons have a special place in my heart
the FN2k is a very new weapon, modular, like the OICW, but much much smaller
note - this is the weapon in Splinter Cell
Problems with the P90 were the shells ejected downward, so complications may arise when you move forward. Also, the unique design of the 50 rnd mag makes it extremely delicate and if bumped too hard, will jam the ammo.
the anime version of the weapon, is shirow's. a lot of his weapons are modified from current day ones

hmm..i realized all the anime-speak has been censored....yare yare
