Its not. Its commonly agreed that AHS is the most worthless upgrade out there.

AHS is one of those upgrades youll use every once in a while if you have a crappy monitor and have a tough time seeing in the dark areas. Otherwise your better off with either of the other upgrades.

There is no such thing as "Advanced Hive Sight" to my knowledge. I believe they are refering to Enhanced Sight, which makes marines and marines strcutures glow when you have your flashlight on.
