I Can't Install Ns

<div class="IPBDescription">dos error</div> when i want install ns, this error occoured. i try to change the virtual memory and unisntall and reinstall half-life.

Machine:

500 Mhz Athlon
311 Mb Ram
Win XP professional
200 mb free discspace c:
1 gb free discspace on half-life directory
