    I cant even get 1,4 to work, the install program says that ive got 1,5 or sumthing so I have to dl the whole 1,4 instead of the update

    cs is the <span style='color:red'>** Nuked **</span> and most over-rated game in history..I cant wait for NS release so i can get some real mod to play other than this team deathmatch lame mod...i currently stck to some mods with real gameplay like SI,tfc and existence...

    I am waiting for this mod and a cupple others to come out (I ment NS when I sed this mod)

    Right now I am mainly playing the multiplayer demo of SoF2 as well as a demo of Dungeon Siege.

    I am playing a whole lot of that sof mp demo.     As for cs 1.4 It is ok, I havent played cs in like a year i cant compare it to the old one really. i like some of the new features but i think some of the recoil was done badly. The dual berettas are horrible but the para fired like a sniper rifle, i say that since i was able to kill 4 people with it at a long range just by shooting in burst. All n all, if you didnt like cs before your gonna hate it now but just for kicks you may wanna try it again.

    CS 1.4 is very good, the jumping isn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be, the new spec modes are nice too. And the deagle my fav weapon is very deadly on long range now, just crouch and it gets very accurate, mp5 seems a bit too strong, they messed with the AK <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo--> they changed the recoil and i have to learn how to use it again, the HS problem is fixd, but it's still very easy to get a HS, only bugs i found was a)nuke: skytexture not included, b)being able to buy scout on oilrig as a terror, it's not in the buy menu, but if you press fast enough you can buy it.

    to tell u the truth I USED TO LOVE CS and i was a quick learner and owned with my 56k but since the game moved on and ended the beta saga I HATED IT.  its too lame and hs used to take skill now everyone can do them.  Personally i hope cs gets better again because they lost a lot of skilled people and now have noobs and lamas.

    it was a skill bug, you couldn't just learn bunny hopping over a night, it took real time to learn it and if you were good you could get a clear advantage over enemies, aaah, the love of bhopping, too bad you can't bhop any more tho

    Well, someone has to have a contradicting opinion.

    I, for one, love the changes CS made. It seems to me like they are going for more realism, which can never be a bad thing. The bunny-hopping thing was always lame, and in real life, I promise you there is not bunny-hopping in CT/T combat. Not once have I ever seen on cops where the SWAT team has jumped around to avoid bullets and the ever-notorious "AWPer". I love how they moved up the recoil of certain weapons while strafing. That just seems to make sense to me, as you cannot run sideways, or anyways for that matter while aiming perfectly. In the end, CS will still be loved by enough people to keep it striving, whether or not <!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td><b>Quote</b> </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE"><!--QuoteEBegin--> all the skilled people <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd--> continue to play.

    Trust me, it's just at a different phase right now, and sooner or later you will get used to it. Why? Because, as much as I'd hate to say it, there's nothing else around quite like it.

    heh I have not a hard time to addapt, the deagle was my fav weapon and mostly my primary weapon,in 1.4 the deagle is even more powerful <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo--> but they better left the ak alone, I had to learn all over again how to aim with it, recoil has changed :/

    personally i haven’t tried 1.4 but i probably will and if it makes it more skillful to play then i guess i'll start playing it again but if i go to a server and everyone is cheating and then u get accused of cheating when your not then im gone again.  But other then that it's an awesome game but the draw back is almost everyone is immature thinking they are god and the best cs player out there

    I have to agree tho that the ak47 was changed so much, i am still not quite sure how to use it. The mp5 is pretty nice tho now, it is my new favorite weapon next to the deadly para <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

    Simple as that.  CS has improved in every aspect in this patch - er, what ever the hell you want to call it.  There is not one single thing that I dont like or even slightly anoyed or against.

    While it is true that they improved most of the games aspects. The colt has turned into a powerhouse weapon which can rally up to  3-4 headshots by simply running forward and firing your whole round.  I love CS and I hope they fix that soon. <!--emo&???--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'><!--endemo-->

    My only gripe about 1.4, is that it seems to be quite a bit more laggy than before. Dunno if that's just me, but I have a mid-class computer. And it lags heavily every now and then for no reason. I've heard a fair amount of other people complaining about that as well... I mean, I don't get 1000+ pings, with a cable modem. With nothing else running.

    Yeah, I'm not sure what exactly they did, but TFC has been a little choppy for me lately. /me shrugs. Oh well, not like I'm going to stop playing it anytime soon.
