<div class="IPBDescription">First NS dream</div> I finally had my first NS dream. It was short, but neat. Here goes:

We were in the bridge on Nancy, and had about 5 marines (including our commander). The comm chair was open, the commander and two marines were near the consoles on the bridge looking over some maps, and another marine and myself were putting together a turret factory. I was looking towards the ramp (but had my view of it blocked by the pillar) and kept telling the commander and the other marines to check the door, because their back was to it. Sure enough, a skulk must've come up the ramp because it tore into the bridge and tackled the commander. My rifle was slung so I backed away and fumbled for it, but just couldn't keep a grip on it, so I ran down the ramp to try and put some space between the skulk and myself. Funny enough, at the bottom of the ramp was a spare LMG from a previous 'scout' of ours. I grabbed it and, with guns akimbo, charged back into the bridge.. only to find that they subdued the skulk. It hadn't killed anyone, but did enough damage to require medkits all around...

And then I woke up. I was only taking a short snooze, so it was surprising I dreamed at all.. but it was cool <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

Guns akimbo would be a cool option. Reloading would be next to impossible, but you'd have double the power for at least one clip. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

Ive had osm,e mosttly with ns charecters/items in other settings. And i keep waking uo in the mdidle of the night, and all i hear is that eerie beeping turrets make. Or something like "Our Hive is Under Attack!"

There was one in particular that i rember well. I was standing in along trecnh in a feild, with hundereds of marnies standing in a line- staring out ahead. IN bettween every few marines was a seige, and behind us turrets dotted the ground. As i looked ahead, a virtual sea of skulks roubnded the hill, and with a nenormous roar the hundereds of marines opeed fire ,along with the turrets and seiges (dont aske me why the seige was attacking the aliens). Many of them fell, but they just kept coming and comingk, leaping upon us, I remember one grabbign the arm off a marnine next to me as he screamed in agony as the skulk held on, he shot it with his lmg and it was dead. HE leaed over the wall, this enture arm gone. THeskulks thneed, and i heard a dull roar grow louder. "Fades" Whispered the marine on my other side. Now a vitusa wall of fades came, along with a perfect wall of acid rockets that colided into our treach, and instantly about a third of the men slumped to the ground, as the reaiders shot wildly. the seiges took out many of them, and we breathged a dight of releif when the last on was dead. A cheer went up among the men, but grew slient as a distant rumbing was heard, like the stampede of a 10000 buffalo. Staring at each other, we whispered "oh no". Seconds later, A group of onos ran overt the hill, with skulks all around, and fades following. THe onos were enough to make even more flee fro mtheir posts screaiming in terror as lurk s cut the dwon from the sky. We oped fore, onos dyinf and rolling over, bile bombs exploidng aroun our ears. I fought off several skulks and an onosin close range before i too ran, then i was out of ammo for my lmg, and i contied to fell from some skulk,s shooting amdly with tmy pistol. i heard afaint click, and i turned in time to see a skulk leaping at my head. THne i woke up, ocvered in sweat.

My first NS dream was almost 10 months ago. Me and Jedisar were investigating a space station that looked very much like ns_jewel, and we opened a door to find 20 fades playing a card game and eating nachos. They ended up chasing us after Jedisar gave away our cover by singing "Row row row your boat gently down the aggghr!" and we had to rely on Mart to safely guide us back to what seemed to be a Burger King. Good times, good times.

omfg... i wasnt going to tell anyone but i did too

today when i was takin a nap i had a ns dream. i dont remember much. but i do remember being in a car and there was and Onos outside of it. What didnt make sense is that I was think that if i can only morph to a fade before he notices me i could take him out and i was sitting all still

Ns_Jewel is one of the maps what didnt get released with NS,i've seen many many maps in the code what didnt get in.
