Mapchange Connection Error

everytime a server changes maps I ususally get a connection error!!
its not just on some servers but most of them!
my lag is good too! but i dunno why it happens?
any help?

It happens, I have this as well. Type retry in the console to connect back to the server.

Common HL thing, happens all the time in other mods.
