Ethical Skinning?

Ok, i dont know much about skinning so im sorry if you cant do this or it is addressed. But is it possible to make skins that give you an advantage? Like making a skulk a very bright color so you can see them better? Or making them larger or anything like that to make it so you can see other people better?
