Another Bind Problem

I found that when i press in say mode % and another letter is showed my health .... what did I press? I'm sure it was summat like %h or h% to show my health, but its not doing it now no matter what combination or letter I use :/
oh and are you able do anything else like show your res or you armour so i can make a script?.....
ps: im not bothered if this has been posted b4 i wanna know what the god damn combination is ......

and i can remember I had a script i downloaded from the net for TFC in the old days and that did (it was prolly the same %? combination)
im just wondering if its not in ns... im SURE i did it...
If not ill ahve a mess with ns n see if i can script it
